Unexpected College Expense are not really included, because they are unexpected. You can only estimate those.

Years Until You Start is asking you when you're going to enroll. In how many years?
For How Long field asks you how long is the school you're going to attend. Is it a 2 or 4 year college and etc.

Annual Cost Increase is 6%.
Applicant is going to attend school in 5 years.
The school itself is a 4 year college.
Full College Cost: $152,865.71
