be perfect as no know knows what will happen to the education cost in the future. Whatever interest rate you enter it will use that rate to calculate.
Unexpected College Expense are not really included, because they are unexpected. You can only estimate those.

For How Long field asks you how long is the school you're going to attend. Is it a 2 or 4 year college and etc.
